

Wharf Street LLC is the owner and developer of the property. Wharf Street LLC is owned by the Kaneb family, which also has developed a wide range of properties, including office, research and development, and distribution space; shopping centers; a residential subdivision; and historic Boston townhouses.
Symmes Maini & McKee Associates is the architect, engineer, planner, and interior designer for the project. The firm is listed by Boston Business Journal as the seventh largest architectural firm in Massachusetts. They have designed many notable commercial facilities including the residential Village at Duxbury in Duxbury, MA; Hood Business Park in Charlestown, MA; and Talbots Headquarters in Hingham, MA.
John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor for the project. They recently completed the Belvedere, a 63-unit 11-story luxury condominium building located at the Prudential Center in Boston. They are also the contractor for the 111 Huntington Avenue, a 36-story Class A office tower, also at the Prudential Center. Other current projects include the high-rise dormitory at 70 Pacific Street for MIT in Cambridge.
